I’m answering you (2020 update) with my honest opinion. Contacted Shein customer support, without any response. The clothes I received from a previous order were only of average qualit. The sizing is also inconsistent: I ordered two jumpers in size small, one fits ok, the other one is far too large and they're meant to be the same style, just different designs. I won't order from Shein again.
